Look at the attempted car bomb in NYC.
Prior to the attacks the Obama adm. and all his allies on the left began a coordinated attack against the TEA Party as being right wing extremist, racist, ultra violent, Tim McVeigh wanna-bees out to overthrow the govt of the US.
The car bomb attempt turned out to be a fertilizer bomb so the entire left claim that proved it had to be the TEA Party.
There is one of 3 possibilities, better yet lets increase it to 4 possibilities.
The Obama adm. orchestrated the news for the attack in order to blame the TEA Party.
The terrorist picked up on the dems. talking points about the TEA Party being a bunch of Tim McVeigh wanna-bees and planned their attack around the dems talking points.
It’s all just a giant coincidence that the terrorist attack and the dems talking points prior to the attack matched.
The TEA Party really did do it and the dems talking points about the TEA Party before the attack really are correct.
Tell me which one do you believe it is?

One they picked up on was the attack planned for NYC in 2005 the one Bloomberg popped his mouth off about even though Bush ask him not to.
It was after that attempted attack the dems went nuts about Bush’s “illegal wiretapping”.
BTW, the dems did some nice “orchestrating of the news” prior to that attempted attack too.
So why don’t you answer my question now.
The simplest operation is to target someone or some group and simply look them up, then follow leads to other people, then target those people, etc. It is also legal to do that to a suspect especially a terrorism suspect. Nobody has any problem with initiating collection on terrorism suspects.
The harder operation is to put together disparate pieces of information to detect terror links. This a computation intensive process that increases exponentially with added data. By adding trillions of pieces of information about innocent (non-suspect) Americans, they are making it impossible to find anything.
The only other reason to collect the extra information is to have it stored in case a person suddenly becomes a terror suspect (e.g. traffic stop leads to suspecion). Then they can look the connections in previously collected data (post hoc). But it is likely to be easier to simply investigate and collect new information. Besides the people who were with the NSA have defended the collection as a tool to search non-suspects (ad hoc).
Even if you are correct about the Bush admin being able to use the data in the post hoc manner, it doesn't mean they were able to use it ad hoc. In any case, it is stupid to collect it and everyone warned them about abuse by future admins.
I take a further (clarifying) step and say that HALF the American people will never trust the government again. The other half don’t care.
Why are people saying he is now a traitor? My guess is because he is now releasing information that is not his original intent of letting Americans know about PRISM collecting info on them has changed into releasing information that is damaging our national security and foreign relations, which will cost alot to repair.

Your question, as near as I can tell, is what is the connection between the fertilizer car bomb and the need for the admin and media to promote the meme of domestic terrorism. Obviously fertilizer is a farm product used in red states full of right-wing terrorists like McVeigh. So far so good. The problem with your theory or theories is that Al Qaeda also knows all about fertilizer bombs and uses or attempts to use them all the time. So, my answer is none of the above, there is no relationship between dem talking points and the attack. The dems have their same old same old talking points and Al Qaeda uses the same inexpensive and readily available explosives.

You’re right, under the Obama adm. they aren’t stopping the attacks as a matter of fact we’ve been told the terrorist are so in tune with the news the terrorist can pick up on a news story plan and carry out a terrorist attack in a matter of just a few minutes. It’s “spontaneous”.
Sounds like the Obama adm disagrees with you about the dems talking points matching the terrorist attack being just a coincidence.
