The new Gang of 8″ immigration bill would waive criminal activity for illegals but would increase penalties for citizens. S.744 waives a long list of crimes for illegals.
The bill waives felony document fraud and Social Security number fraud for illegal aliens. FAIR US.org reported:

This is all about merging populations on this continent for the planned North American Union coming down the road.
The one worlders/globalists are just laying the ground work for that.
Can’t let a little thing like National Sovereignty get in the way.
We all know that once all responsibility is removed for their actions that they will have their hands out all the time. The perfect Democratic voter.
They all know that they are burdening Americans and the economy with this amnesty bill. The police state organizations have declared war, not on Islamists, but on Americans and our constitutional Republic. The government has turned against our allies. With friends like the US government, who needs enemies?
This bill is certain to hurt low and middle wage Americans. It simply can not do anything other then depress working ages. It will also increase unemployment at a time of record high unemployment.
The government can not be trusted to enforce our laws. The government promised enforcement in 1986, it never happened. The government promised enforcement in 2007, it never happened. This time government is telling the truth? Lol, but even with enforcement we will (according to BCO) have 10 or 11 million more illegals in 10 years! The time for enforcement is now, the time to discuss what to do about illegals here is after getting enforcement working.
Yes. Equality before the law.
Of course, no law-abiding citizen would.
The point is the fact that the law applies differently to those who broke out law to get here.
I’m not sure this is the best argument to take. Citizens aren’t subject to entry restrictions. The law should treat citizens differently from non-citizens.
“Elect enough TEA party candidates...”
And John Boehner will screw them over. He did it in ‘10
Boehner is destroying the Repubs. He helps the Dems at every opportunity.
F&F, AP, IRS, NSA, Benghazi, and Boehner’s #1 priority: AMNESTY. This idiot isn’t even a competent politician, any one of these scandals is political gold & Boehner ignores them all.
I would say he is in a stupor, but that would be a mistake: Boehner willfully screwed over TEA party candidates. He knows exactly what he is doing.
BOEHNER MUST GO.
There are people who cannot get a job in finance / banking due to a bankruptcy, or simply cannot get new loans because of bad payment history, so they use a child’s Social Security Number to get a clean credit report.
It’s called financial child abuse.
What is Financial Child Abuse?
Perhaps then credit reports shouldn’t be using your social security number.
Call Congress. stop this bill, if you value your job, your country , your life ,or freedom.
This bill is a monstrosity like its author Obama
thanks for a great post
“It gives illegal lawbreakers a preferred citizenship status. Pure insanity.”
Perhaps it is intended to be a means by which Obama can escape prosecution for his own felonies committed as an illegal alien in the White House.
Remember the campaign slogan ... Forward! My wife even admitted ... yes ... we are on Fast Forward.
These and other organizations are ethno-centric---devoted to helping illegal immigrants apply for legal status.
The reform bill not only provides amnesty for illegal immigrants, but for their employers. As the Center for Immigration Studies points out, Illegal aliens will be rewarded for breaking laws for which American citizens are routinely punished such as the use of fraudulent Social Security cards, while imposing a $1,000 penalty that in many cases would be waived. Then they would be issued a new Social Security number without any past bad credit or arrest records.
TALKING POINTS---Just before the IR procedural vote, Judiciary Committee member Sen Grassley offered a simple amendment to the Judiciary Committee considering voting the immigration bill out of commmittee. "The secretary (of homeland security) may not grant registered provisional immigrant status to an alien under this section unless the alien fully discloses to the secretary all the names and Social Security account numbers that the alien has ever used to obtain employment in the United States," said Grassley's amendment.
Grassley's amendment would not have prohibited illegal aliens from being converted into legal aliens just because they had used names and Social Security numbers that did not belong to them. It would only have required that the illegal aliens make the names and numbers they used known to DHS before they could be granted the right to legally live in the United States.
Grassley said, "Congress should not thumb its nose at the millions of Americans who are victims of identity theft, often perpetrated by an undocumented person who steals Social Security numbers to get jobs, govt benefits, driver's licenses and more. This amendment will simply require the person applying for RPI status to disclose any previously used Social Security numbers," said Grassley. "It's the first step to helping clean up the mess that's been created for the victim of identity theft. The amendment also authorizes certain federal agencies, upon receipt of this information, to notify individuals who were the victims."
ON RECORD AS AIDING AND AETTING FELONIES Ranking member Sen Schumer dismissed Grassley's proposal. "When people are living in undocumented status, there are times, I suppose, when they've made up identities, made up Social Security numbers," Schumer told his Judiciary Committee colleagues. "How are they going to remember all that, and are we going to delay RPI status? "(The) purpose of this bill is to bring people out of the shadows. We all know when they lived in the shadows, they had to forge documents, forge Social Security numbers, et cetera. I just don't see how, when you've lived here 10 years, and you've had many different identities, many different numbers, you're going to remember them all," said Schumer.
The Senate Judiciary committee defeated Grassley's amendment 8 to 10 on a party-line vote.
ACTION ALERT Freepers should mobolize locally--get grand juries to begin indicting these Senators for FAILING TO UPHOLD THE LAW AGAINST FELONIES. A few convictions and imprisonment oughta wake up the treasonous Congress. KEEP IN MIND---those elected to office are held to a higher standard of law than we peons....but have never been held to account.
