MANIPAL, India, July 2, 2013 (LifeSiteNews.com) - A study published in the Indian Journal of Community Medicine (May, 2013) found a 6.38-fold greater risk of breast cancer among Indian women with histories of induced abortion.

...

With only 94 cases and 94 controls, the study was way too small for a significant risk of the order of 1.5-fold to even show up,” said Professor Brind in a statement to the Coalition on Abortion/Breast Cancer. “Yet induced abortion did show up as the strongest risk factor (and right on the border of statistical significance) because the risk increase was so high at 6.38-fold.”

Dr. Brind is a professor of endocrinology at Baruch College, City University of New York and a recognized expert in research into the links between abortion/contraception and breast cancer.

I almost think this should be breaking news. Women need to know that abortion can kill them.

Such studies as this will show the the lies that Planned Parenthood has been stating for years.

Actually if true, this is hugely important information.

AIDS kills gays from there activity and they don’t stop. Neither will abortion.

They will just force us to cure it while blaming it on us in society.

“I almost think this should be breaking news. Women need to know that abortion can kill them.”

This has been known in the states for at least 2 decades.

The mediots and “the kill the unborn religion members” have buried the stories and threatened anyone daring to study this in the USA.

There have been a number of studies in the US that have shown a statistical relationship between abortion and cancer. Believe there was one a few years ago at Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center (NJ) done by two female docs. Every time the issue is raised the pro-abortion crowd goes ballistic trashing the authors and the science.

Yes thos is true. It speaks to the coverup on the part of boyh the ama and the pharm industry

The sudden artificial vessation pf hormonal activity not seen in natural abortion known as spontanoeus miscarriage, wreaks havoc woth the reproductive system

It is common sense, also given over to the medical industry, along with control of our health and knowledge of our bodies

Of course abortion causes br cancer

It causes depression and disassocation problems. And is why parents have no idea nor care whats going on in public schools

Doctors and the
Medical community do not care and the ubloc dows not want to know nor do they want responsibility

This is when an agenda trumps science as is so common with the left.

The first time I saw Dr. Brind I was very impressed. He was speaking at a NJ RTL convention. The second time was at a Times Square protest for Terry Schiavo and he seemed to have become unhinged, honestly. Perhaps the relentless march of legal murder in our land should make us unhinged. But I have not been able to trust his scientific objectivity ever since.

there is also a correlation with miscarriage from previous studies which all together leads to a conclusion that the chemical changes enacted when a woman becomes pregnant can lead to cancer when they are not allowed to complete the full process. It is likely due to the stress caused by the sudden changes in hormone, protein and other processes brought on by the abortion or miscarriage that leads to this result. Either that or the inability of the processes to finish midstream result in partial components being left that then impact normal processes in the body.

The Catholic Church knows about the correlation between abortion and breast cancer. I’m so temped to ask the women I know who have/had breast CA, if they had an abortion.

I bet most of them will say yes. Why would so many get BCA if they don’t have the gene?

There are other environmental triggers for breast cancer.

A study on risk factors of breast cancer among patients attending the tertiary care hospital, in Udupi district

The conclusion of the abstract was basically a summary of Table 1. It said nothing about aborton. The abortion numbers were buried in Table 2.

Table 2

Induced abortions correlation with breast cancer had the probability of P = 0.02, i.e. you would find that association just by chance once out of fifty times. By statistical convention, results are considered significant if you would expect those results by chance once or less every twenty times, i.e. P ≤ 0.05, that symbol meaning less than or equal to. The lower the probability of finding an association by chance, then it's more likely that your hypothesis has some meat on it, i.e. it's not dumb luck.

N.B. Natural abortion is usually called a miscarriage by the public, at least in the USA.
