Posted on 07/05/2013 4:54:41 AM PDT by Uncle Chip
Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as yall have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the States case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they wont even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvons body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial motions in limine to exclude the defense bringing it up, OMara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

Dumbest question of the trial: Bernie to ME:
“A body, when it dies, it doesn’t grow or anything?”
[Uhhhhh — we’re not talking about a body growing, We’re talking about a body shrinking either in the bag, on the table, or in your notes by 3 inches]
Don’t know about the other services, but I went through Army basic in 1971. Learned the first day, if you called the D.S. Sir, they always responded, with “Don’t call me Sir, I work for a living.”
the presser is over
But not shot to kill...just a shot across the Bao, as it were.
That said, this trial is a watershed. Either way, things will never be the same.
If there be riots...let em come. Enough of that crap too.
And if the race pimps win this trial...all races which don't stand behind them will be done with em...even conservative and decent Black folks (of which there are many).
Overheard in the courtroom:
Attorneys agree to depose Trayvon Martin’s family attorney Crump at 2 p.m. Sunday
Especially with the ladies. He will have fan clubs and will be on all the talk shows after the trial. Men will admire him also for his quiet strength and intelligence.
Americans are looking for some decent, stable heroes in this upside-down country full of jerks, metro sexuals and commies.....and he sure fits the bill.
(I hope he influences the all-female jury, as well).
Mr. OMara said he has an expert who will say marijuana can have an adverse affect and then the judge will rule on whether or not she lets that testimony in.
Thanks. I am still reading. Looks like I missed a lot today. I just shook my head when I heard the news.
The young white couple jet skiing on the border, where the husband got killed..... Yea, NG believed the wife 100 percent.... That’s when I KNEW she hasn’t a clue what the heck she’s doing....
Please, do you have a link to where you found this?
"Ground and pound round" has a nice ring to it.
A reasonable concern. There is a difference: The whole world is watching this sausage being made. They may get away with getting the jury to dance the tune, but there will be trouble in the future if it appears the persecution cheated to get the win. Ask Barry Bonds sometime how that goes.
“St. Skittles mom raised him until he was 4.”
Did that come out in her testimony today? Or is that an internet rumor.
I keep hearing/reading that she didn’t raise him, but IIRC, he was living in Miami but was sent to the father’s/father’s fiancee’s home in Sanford when he got suspended from school. So who did he live with in Miami?
I could have done without that. :o)
Well I can say this no Officer or NCO after Basic training would expect any working Soldier to refer to them as Commander Sgt First Class! They know your busy and have no need for any member to bow to the title they have achieved! If I as a working member of the USAF had to address 5 officers and 6 NCOs by rank and title it would take 20 mins! That’s why Sirs is fine and they know you related respect!
If you wany to make it an issue call some General and ask the cat!
You are showing your ass every time you post about the military. You’ve demonstrated zero knowledge.
“Have you heard of a women named Alicia Stanley?
The question is not meant as testy, just informative”
She raised him. Funny that Bernie didn’t drag her in the courtroom to say it was his voice on the tape. I wonder why? She probably said she couldn’t tell who was screaming.
NCOs are not called sir. And that includes senior NCOs.
Did you see my post this AM 2 friends were joking about liberals They said just as in politics MOM will win because he has the best hair!
I hope so. He has clever ways to get his points across after being shutdown.
if your an Airman you better call him Sir!
I may have to apologize here, so the new military you can say to your NCO hey Jack Whats up?! I doubt that!
-——————>Did that come out in her testimony today? Or is that an internet rumor.
It’s based on a CNN interview with his step mother. Pretty compelling stuff. She infers his biological mother was MIA for the most part of his life.
It migt be wise to check out the difference, in the U. S. Army, between the rank of CSM (Command Sergeant Major) and SFC (Sergeant First Class).
The gap in function and honors is rather large.
That can backfire.
Thanks anyways! I didn’t know it would happen that fast.
Yep, that’s the Army I had in mind. My husband was one of those Drill Instructors.
Zimmerman is innocent...but he is positioned opposite Obama's son and Holder's people.
They have the power to kill those who seek justice.
Will they use their power in this case? Of course, I don't know.
But the verdict will be very telling. Zimmerman is innocent...a guilty verdict will imply influence from the very top.
The rank is on his sleeve and both know that. Both know there are there to do a job and not bow to the higher rank! The rank is only to know that man knows your task and is there to fulfill that task. And to make sure the task is fulfilled. And within your power you will complete the task at hand.
A salute to an Officer is a show of respect to that Officer.
But the return salute to the Enlisted man is just as improtant to show courtesy to the Enlisted man as well!
Thanks for the information and have a great weekend Uncle Chip, see you back here Monday. Should be an interesting week!!
Traces of Marijuana Found in Trayvon Martin’s Body: Does It Matter?
(Time neuroscience journalist Maia Szalavitz says no...)
Correct. It's extremely telling. I'm not a Prepper, but this is a SHTF moment.
That rank was never in my mind! But I know Military protocol.
It is a lower rank I did not know about! As this is the top dog!
You sound like someone that was busted to PFC on more than one occasion. If not, you are merely ignorant to proper military customs and honors, and are making a fool of yourself on this thread.
"Enlisted soldiers who attain the distinction of being selected by the Department of the Army for participation in the command sergeants major program are the epitome of success in their chosen field, in this profession of arms. There is no higher grade of rank, except Sergeant Major of the Army, for enlisted soldiers and there is no greater honor.
The command sergeant major carries out policies and standards of the performance, training, appearance, and conduct of enlisted personnel. The command sergeant major advises and initiates recommendations to the commander and staff in matters pertaining to the local NCO support channel.
Perhaps slightly wiser and more experienced than the first sergeant, the command sergeant major is expected to function completely without supervision. Like the old sage of times past, the command sergeant majors counsel is expected to be calm, settled and unequivocally accurate, but with an energy and enthusiasm that never wanes, even in the worst of times.
Assignable to any billet in the Army, the command sergeant major is all those things, and more, of each of the preceding grades of rank.
The sergeant major is generally the key enlisted member of staff elements at levels higher than battalion. The sergeant majors experience and ability are equal to that of the command sergeant major, but the sphere of influence regarding leadership is generally limited to those directly under his charge."

(Norwegian study: 3 nanog/l can make a psychomotor difference.)
Yea man My Mother and I helped Sew every stripe on his sleeve!
I know what a Seargent First Class is and it is not made in a year 2 years 10 years! It takes a life of dedication! I appluad Z’s Uncle for attaining that Rank! IT did not come by easilie!
And you served in the Military where and when?
I want to know you sound like you know more than the average veteran! Enlighten me!
Are you serious? Have you seen the black broad or the one with the glasses in the morning? OMG! They are awful!
I retired after 30 years, high-speed. Now do us all a favor and knock it off.
He was a Command Sergeant Major.
