Chad and Tracey and Brandy then went to bed.
The next morning Tracy had Brandy call Juvenile Detention to see if they had Trayvon.
They then called the police to see if anyone named Trayvon Martin had been arrested.
They then called the NEN non-emergency to report Trayvon as a missing person.
Why the first two calls???
Answer: Tracey and Brandi knew what Trayvon was capable of, aka reputation evidence that is admissible.
Preponderance of evidence only applies in civil cases. For a criminal conviction, the evidence needs to meet the standard of ‘beyond a reasonable doubt’. IMHO, it obviously doesn’t.
Not with that judge. She won’t allow it.

There is a enough reasonable doubt to drive a semi through. The whole trial is a travesty. They think it will keep the blacks from rioting. It won’t.

Exactly! They knew damned well that the “kid” was well on his way to becoming a bona fide criminal. Thus magnifying and clearly illustrating how they shirked their duty as parental guardians, and how they neglected him by leaving him unsupervised. If ever there was an indictment of ‘bad parenting’...this is it.
and then talk about bad parenting ... they add insult to injury by then encouraging her son Chad to lie to the police ... and she is a juvenile detention officer.
I am concerned that they may feel they could be targeted personally for attacks if they aquit. Their names are out there, and look at how Zimmerman was hounded until arrested.
And they seem to lose the fact that GZ himself said he was screaming for help, and he had no idea there was a 911 call that captured the screams. It’s just absurd the state is trying to use this mans own screams for help against him for a political lynching. Every non-black person should be terrified of this case and be even more terrified if a jury bows to fear and politically correctness and convicts.
The radical left (inluding Obama) is trying to ignite a race war. They are hoping that this verdict will be the match that sets it off. That is why Obama felt the “need” to weigh in on this private citizen incident.
Every decent, law-abiding non-black AND every decent, law-abiding black person should be aware of that fact and should deal with the left...
accordingly. They (the radical left) will not stop and they will never give up on their radical agenda. Somebody will have to make them stop by stopping them cold, in their tracks.
I agree Xenalee, but I cannot in good conscience add the law abiding blacks into the mix of people who want this to stop. They also excuse this kind of thing in an “us against them” mentality. Look at all the educated blacks with power and a voice in the media, they don’t come out against this sort of thing.
