I don't know what dime store law school you profess to have graduated from but you failed to receive a sufficient education in law. Your assertions are incorrect and you appear foolish in your argument about what sovereign nations can do. I suggest you only speak about what you know about instead of what you think you learned at whatever that law school was you attended.

To Drew H. What about a ship? Didn’t I hear way, way back in school about Aaron Burr (I think, was a long time ago), the man without a country. He lived the rest of his life on a ship because no country would give him entry. Couldn’t Snowden get on a ship headed to Cuba or Venezuela. As long as it stayed in international waters until it reached its destination, he should get safe passage???

I do NOT belong to facebook, twitter, linkedin, my space, etc. for that very reason.

Keep in mind those social services do GIVE you a FREE membership to their services in return for the right to collect your data/info. If you don't want your data mined them DON'T join their service.

However, the fact that the NSA is collecting EVERYTHING WITHOUT ASKING me, you, or anyone else is a totally different situation and it's unconstituional.

The NSA is not doing anything other than snooping on everyone without authorization other than the power they have bestowed upon themselves to do it.
