Riots and retereating cops cause "vigilantism", therefore mass disarmament is the cure. Order out of chaos....the globalist creed.

Once the riot is over the government and “guilt” non-profit money flows in to rebuild the neighborhood. Plenty of opportunities to skim plus get a new apartment, furniture, clothes, and maybe a new car. Of course they tear up their own neighborhoods.
