George Zimmerman: A Pointless Trial [the Peruvian Hispanic "Not Guilty"]
The AMERICAN THINKER ^ | July 10, 2013 | Jonathon Moseley

Posted on 07/10/2013 12:44:28 AM PDT by Moseley

George Zimmerman will be found not guilty if his attorney connects the dots in his closing argument and the jury is fair. Then the professional race-baiters can go to work spreading disharmony. The trial concerns whether Hispanic (Peruvian) Zimmerman was acting in self-defense when he shot Martin, whom we are constantly reminded happens to be Black.

Eight simple facts make it very easy to understand the now-famous murder trial of George Zimmerman for the shooting death of Trayvon Martin unfolding in Sanford, Florida. Finding the truth doesn't require all the subjective testimony and opinion dominating the trial:

(1) It had been raining, so the grass was wet. The shooting occurred at the edge of the sidewalk on the grass.

(2) The back of George Zimmerman's clothes were wet and "flecked" with grass, a police officer who investigated at the scene testified, as if he had been lying on his back in wet grass.

(3) The knees in Trayvon Martin's jeans were stained, Medical Examiner Shiping Bao testified, as if Martin had been kneeling in the wet grass.

(4) The gun that killed Trayvon Martin was in direct contact with Martin's clothing when he was shot, according to the expert analysis and testimony of Florida Department of Law Enforcement firearm's expert Amy Siewert. She testified that the tear patterns in the cloth show a "contact shot" into the clothing.

(5) But the gun that killed Martin was at least 0.4 inches and up to 4 feet away from Martin's skin when Martin was shot, according to the expert analysis and testimony of Medical Examiner (coroner) Shiping Bao. He testified that the gunshot wound and condition of the skin show it was not a "contact shot" with respect to Martin's skin.

Therefore, Martin's clothing was not up against his body. Martin's clothing was hanging some distance away from his skin when the gun was fired. Martin's clothing was hanging downward from his body by the force of gravity when the gun was fired.

That is, Martin was leaning over Zimmerman. Martin was attacking Zimmerman and was on top of him. His clothing was hanging down, away from his body.

Not Guilty on all charges and they should carry him out on their shoulders.

Not guilty.

This case is all about politics and giving some artificial justice to the Martin family because they are black. Sanford police chief was fired. Black new chief brought in Chicago. Rick Scott, Pam Bondi BS, too for allowing a special prosecutor when the local PD could have done their jobs.

But unfortunately the media are going to have a field day when their long hoped for riots start.

Three words:

1. All

2. Woman

3. Jury

Even lawyers and legal experts have written and testified on television that this is a potentially dangerous deliberative body that will not examine the facts of the case, but instead focus on emotion, i.e. "A mother lost her son."

After the OJ and Michael Jackson debacles, I have ZERO confidence in American juries, especially the kind that lawyers and judges who are inept get to pick.

Crayon's parents were beyond ineffective in raising him, sadly, they were part of the problem. They, and the "Black Community", will NEVER admit their sins! His mother and illiterate girlfriend lied on the stand, lies of omission and commission.

This was never about "justice", but racial hatred. The victims fought back, and that cannot be permitted.

"...Hispanic (Peruvian) Zimmerman..."

Whose great grand father was black, or african-Peruvian...

Just as Obama's mother was white and his father an afro-arab–Black.

Who will pay Zimmermans lawyer fees and does he now have the right to sue?

(8) However, Trayvon Martin is Black and the liberal media is overwhelmingly racist, meaning that most journalists are obsessed with people's race and view and understand everything in terms of what color the person involved happens to be. This case would never have seen the inside of a courtroom except for the inherent racism of the news media.

Which is why conservatives must pay attention to the Zimmerman case, because it represents a new American Dreyfus, it portends the distortion of the rule of law into a system identity justice in which prosecutors and juries ask not what are the facts and what is the law but what is the race of the respective parties.

I agree 100 % with your post. There is less than a 50% chance Zimmerman will be fully acquitted. Get ready for one of the biggest injustices of many decades. It’s one thing OJ and Jackson were NG, okay that was pretty unjust to their victims, but karma came for them. However, nothing is more evil than railroading and innocent man for politics and sending an innocent man to prison. That’s worse than a guilty person walking free.

... it portends the distortion of the rule of law into a system identity justice in which prosecutors and juries ask not what are the facts and what is the law but what is the race of the respective parties.

And, oddly, it seems to count only when the surviving party is white and the victim is black.

Juxtapose the races in any other manner and the media finds the event of no concern.

Let's consider the implications of this. We have seen that people who voice their racial worldview on the streets can affect the system of criminal justice. The implications of this are real enough for the authorities in Broward County to fear these same people to the degree that the authorities are making television commercials in hip-hop speak begging these people to refrain from violence if the court result is not to their liking.

The race we are discussing is the African-American race.

If you are a rational white suburbanite, what is your considered reaction to this data? You conclude that we are moving into a system of identity justice which is racial tyranny and you further conclude that the government can be turned against you because you are white by people who are black. You look around at the political correctness which is becoming codified into law by statute or regulation as well as by discriminatory application and you see multiple examples of government choosing sides among races. Having come rationally to these conclusions, you then decide that the only way to protect yourself against this racial tyranny is to mobilize white citizens against black citizens.

You reluctantly conclude that you must mobilize to control the government to inflict on African-American a discipline before they can impose more complete tyranny on yourself. To do otherwise is to abandon your children to something that might resemble Zimbabwe.

Nathan Bedford's first Maxim of American politics is regrettably confirmed: all politics in America is not local but ultimately racial.

If this syllogism is too pessimistic, and I hope it is, one is nevertheless compelled to observe that there are very few institutions in place such as the media, academia, the churches, and now, the courts who have shown themselves willing to reverse the process.

The point was to postpone the race riots until after the 2012 elections.

well....The feds can always press Violation of civil right charges.
And then the family can sue the living daylights out of Zimmerman.
Remember: Trayvon was the son Obama didn’t abort.

They might tag Zimmerman with a lesser charge in this trial, but from my perspective, the defense has plenty of ammunition to seek an appeal and have that fricking biased judge’s trial reversed.

A lesser charge is still years of jail.

Understand that, because St. Trayvon was a minor. My point is that this whole trial is an egregious example of persecution, not prosecution.

All the way from initial non-charging, to Federal Intervention, to then charges, and prosecution (persecution), to this judge’s obvious bias for the prosecution and her multiple instances of virtually ignoring the defense completely.

Well these jurors need to be asked, was Trayvon Martin in an area because he was in the process to try to “break and enter” a home and George Zimmerman had caught him in the process?
