Black Americans paid much closer attention to George Zimmerman's trial than white Americans did, according to a new survey from the Pew Research Center for the People and the Press.
It wasn't difficult to follow the murder case against Zimmerman, who shot 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Fla., in February 2012: News coverage of the trial was almost ubiquitous in its closing days.
But not everbody took advantage. Fifty-six percent of the blacks surveyed said they followed the trial "very closely," compared to 20% of whites. The telephone survey of 1,002 adults was taken July 11 to July 14. The six-woman jury returned a not-guilty verdict for Zimmerman on July 13.....

Then why the hell don’t they have the least clue about why Zimmerman was found not guilty.
As much as the media tried to make it so, Zimmerman was not white.
Why are even whites part of this? Let the Peruvians and blacks have it out.
The only conclusion one could draw from this is that they think it is perfectly okay to smash peoples heads in.
My sisters from PA know very little about the case and any blacks and many whites I’ve talked to say that Zimmerman should have stayed in the car when he was told to do so. Doesn’t say much for either group. Apparently, following closely means not following at all.
That means they’re not very bright as a people? This was a case of self defense and this man should never have been brought up on charges.
They watched it on Black and Whitey TV
And still they get it wrong?
Not the ones that are calling in to the various radio talk shows.
Those who followed the trial should know how weak the prosecution’s case was and how, if the prosecution possessed any true evidence, they did not present it.
If that’s true then many blacks in this country have no or little understanding of the law and think emotions count, as the law was clear here. Zimmerman had the right to defend himself using deadly force if needed.
The other conclusion being that they don’t have jobs and can stay glued to the television all day.
It’s very hard to believe that. .unless they weren’t listening. That is one of the things that bothers me. .how ignorant the GZ haters seem to be of the facts of this case.

Exactly. If they claim to have been following closely, it’s an indictment of their powers of reasoning. Never a more open-and-shut case.
Because they all listen to the talking heads on Lamestream Media , who didn't know what they are talking about !
If it doesn't occur on TV, with a narrative , with talking pictures ~ they can't grasp it !
