Gee, sorry. OK, I get it now: Criticizing Rush is verboten. I now realize the daily Rush thread is all about: "You go, Rush! You da man, Rush! We worship at your feet, Rush! We love it when you talk about Rachel Jeantel and hot blonde bombshell models, Rush!"
I'll be sure to stay in line now, and never dare to criticize El Rushbo again.

Mr. Jenk - who hasn't bothered to show up here for 2 years. But he makes sure he uses his valuable time today to insult me - a long-time regular Rush thread FReeper - by declaring that I "bitch a lot".
The idea of the daily Rush thread is to discuss what Rush is discussing on the show on that day (or in previous days). It is NOT meant to be a cheerleading thread for Rush. We discuss each show, pro and con.
And we're all El Rushbo fans regardless. I started listening to Rush in March, 1991 - I became an instant fan, and I remain a big fan. I want Rush to succeed and to have the greatest conservative talk radio show on earth. Through all my critiques, I still think Rush does have the greatest conservative talk radio show on earth!
Apparently all that is over Mr. Jenk's head... ;-)

Congrats on moving from The People's Republik of Maryland to beautiful Virginia (as you posted on another Rush thread). Good luck in selling your current house.
My husband and I once considered moving to Maryland, which has some beautiful coastline, and we love Annapolis (and crab cakes!). However, we realized we'd be in a similar situation policically - we live in The People's Republik of Connecticut (which is probably worse than Maryland).
Due to my husband's job situation, we can't escape CT any time soon anyway. Someday...

I came to the thread today because I missed the first 19 minutes of the show, and wanted to know the link to the piece he was talking about. you used to be able to do that, and find someone on it already, but, I get here, and nothing but bitching about what someone thinks Rush should be doing. Again. it’s endless.

Same here. I really hope he gives up those daily "Low Information Voter updates". They were funny at first, really annoying now. Actually, it wouldn't be that annoying if Rush didn't go on and on about it for most of his show. Just give some quick, funny comments, then move onto the 'good stuff'...

Wow. ghetto-rat? I feel sorry for Jeantel and the people who are in that circumstance and upbringing, I don’t call them ghetto-rats, they are human beings.
I just came back to the show to catch the “who a woman marries determines her income” article discussion. Correlation does not equal causation. If one spouse is earning less, then naturally the other spouse will need to earn more in order to meet some quality of life expectations...
I’m sure that men earn more if their wives aren’t earning much in income....
