No expense spared! Ferraris and Bentleys are hired by TEENAGERS in deprived London borough.

It is one of Britain's poorest boroughs, with almost unmatched levels of deprivation and where at least one in ten are unemployed.

But teenagers in Tower Hamlets have tried to shrug-off this economically-tough climate and spared no expense in hiring many expensive supercars, which often cost more to buy than homes in the area.

These Lamborghinis, Ferraris and even Bentleys on the gritty streets of East London were rented by 16-year-olds to celebrate leaving school, and they proudly admit it's all about 'showing off' and getting time in the 'spotlight'.

The vehicles can cost up to £300,000 to buy, yet one bedroom flats in some parts of the borough are worth as little as £70,000.

Ain’t “cultural enrichment” just grand?

Who in their right mind would rent a £300,000 car to a 16 year old?

The dumpster in the background in the second picture is a nice touch.

In some sense this shows they are the type of kids with western values who will at least save and maybe work and spend to get the things they want.

No wonder I didn’t see many pictures of it in my google search.

My Scion only has 200 hp, but it’s also only 1950 lbs. It’s like driving a go-cart.

YIKES! You were right about the back end.

I don’t like the front either. It’s got that stupid Mazda open mouthed smile.

The only encouraging photo I saw was one that showed behavior that by Middle Eastern values could be considered, “female immodesty”.

Do you think that the wealthy in the Middle East *dislike* supercars and instead opt for very fancy camels...?

Do you think then when they can afford such vehicles they do NOT lord them over others...? They do, they absolutely do.

Mostly what I see here is the possibility that poor invaders are setting for a verrrry temporary simulacrum of wealth. They are failing to make long-term sacrifices towards the goal of building lasting wealth which would help a large and stable middle-class with values that are British, or more generally Western.

Do you want to owe, or do you want to OWN? These people will probably make the wrong choice, and British social largesse is as we see here enabling that wrong choice.

We see here a weird distortion provided by the viable welfare state provided by Western goverments —do you know who goes in for 2 or 3 wives in the Middle East? Very rich people.

Yet in Germany and England a FAR higher percent of poor Muslim immigrant men can opt for multiple wives than truely”rich” Muslim men back in the Old Country —why?

Because **Rupert and Fritz are the ones paying for the wives**, who as far as the law is concerned in those countries are concerned are STILL SINGLE.

Bottom line: Honest middle-class Europeans are being forced by their governments to finance the frivolty of invaders.

I wonder if they use it to go to their JOB??

“I’m actually happy to see these kids going out and socializing with girls. “

Just going out to rape western girls and beat-up non-muslimes.

£70,000 is $106,821.32 which might be a little steep for a 1-bedroom in most parts of the US.

This is a textbook illustration of the kind of thinking that shows, "why poor people stay poor".

I’ll just say that it’s SOP for the DailyMail (and other tabloids - not limited to the UK) to throw out some high-price numbers in their articles with the sole intent to sensationalize an otherwise not particularly newsworthy topic.

1. You are wrong to call these people invaders as they are legal. Illegal immigration is much harder in Europe than in the US.

2. Idle rich buying high end cars helps the economy a bit. Lower income children aspiring to high end cars is even better if they seek to acquire them via work rather than taking from others. So your wealthy from the Middle East analogy is off base.

3. Point 2 is the issue of course, but then again do you really blame people for taking in a society that gives and makes earning difficult?

Aspiring to things is an important value to have. It is an important value for societal and economic progress. It is not the end all. It needs to be focused in a productive way by the market, but it is a start.

I’ll bet. One thing that blew me away was when Brigitte Gabriel said there are dozens of Shariah Law courts (independent of English law) in the UK, and in France, there are upwards of 800 “no-go” zones where French police are not allowed to enter!
