WASHINGTON — A judge signed an order today that will give former Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. time to pay a $750,000 forfeiture arising out of his criminal case.
In the order, the judge agreed to a request from lawyers in the case to postpone until Oct. 25 a decision on whether the government may seize Jackson’s interest in two homes and an individual retirement account should he fail to pay up.

The order came after prosecutors and defense lawyers involved in Jackson Jr.’s case told the judge Thursday that the former congressman will "make his best efforts" to satisfy the $750,000 forfeiture within 90 to 180 days.

My guess is the young Mr Jackson will not pay back 5% of the $750,00.00. Like most of these cases, the “punishment” is mostly a smoke and mirrors gimmick used to placate the masses.
Equal protection of the laws is extinct.
What about the coca-cola distribution center?

We are to blame. The courts long ago PUBLICALLY DECIDED THEY WOULD favor blacks, Mexicans, Asians, Sodomites and criminals over white law abiding America citizens. We allowed this type of behavior.
I don’t see this as that big a deal. Basically, the Jacksons have been given @ 90 days to pay up or have a plan in place before their homes are seized.
In the meanwhile, they’re going to be sentenced to at least some jail time and won’t need either place. One assumes that the net on the sale of either or both property(ies) would fetch, or come close to, the $750K Jr owes, and $168K Mrs. Jackson owes. (because, doesn’t EVERYBODY forget $600K in income in any given year?)
He is on the same payment plan as Kwame Kilpatrick in Detroit.
Obama will pardon them both.
There needs to be some way to monitor that the $750,000 +$168,000 comes from them!! NO LOANS from supporters, NO GIFTS, NO NOTHING from any source other than their own assets!! That includes anything from DEAR OL’ DAD!! Also payment in full not some extended payback schedule!
