That's when you ask the doc,

"OK, Doc, did you play with your weiner this morning?" and "Just how often do you play with your weiner?"

... and so forth, with increasingly personal and embarrassing questions, until the doctor says,
"That's none of your business."

And you say to the Doc, "Well, there you have it."
