Boehner covering for Obama ... or for himself?
WND ^ | August 6, 2013 | Drew Zahn

As House Speaker John Boehner continues refusing to approve a select committee to investigate the terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya, some are beginning to speculate the Ohio Republican has reasons of his own to suppress what really happened on Sept. 11, 2012.

Over the weekend, former Democrat pollster Patrick Caddell and former Republican Congressman John LeBoutillier, co-hosts of the Fox News Channel’s “Political Insiders,” suggested Boehner may indeed be involved in a “cover-up.”

“John Boehner [has] been purposefully suppressing anything on Benghazi because he knew what we found out this week, and he approved it,” Caddell speculated. “These CIA teams on the ground [were] sending weapons from Libya through Turkey to Syrian rebels without congressional approval.”

I've called my congressman's office. Please call yours and tell them Boehner needs to appoint select committee to investigate Benghasi.

What really needs to be done is to toss Boehner out of the Speaker’s chair and place someone in it who hasn’t been castrated.

What needs to happen is people stop voting for a Eunuch party like the GOP. It’s time for them to become the Whigs of 2013 and get some CONSERVATIVES with principles and backbones...I dont see much of that in current crop..when you got a bad crop you plow the whole thing under let it fallow for a year and try again so said my grandpappy!

Has Boehner been receiving money from the Dems to not investigate Obama and his scandals. Something is wrong that hearings go on and on and on.

The good news is if the Republicans are involved, it might get some press coverage.

Corrupt politicians should be given a summary trial and hung. This is treasonous!

Boehner doesn’t want to engage the kenyan directly in a political brawl because the Dems fight dirty. We will start hearing again about his cute lobbyist side dish, etc., etc. Dems fight and try to destroy their opponents. GOP not so much.

My thought on this is that Boehner is so conflicted, in so many ways, and hasn’t the moral fiber to sort it out and pull the trigger on hardly anything.
The solution is to overthrow him from the position of his great incompetence.
I would put forth Darrell Issa as the guy to replace him. To those who say, “What then of the Oversight Committee — the only agency of government currently trying to do the crucial work?” My answer — on that committee presently sit, waiting in the on-deck circle, are: Lankford, Gowdy, and Chaffetz, any of whom would carry on the work of Issa without missing a beat.

get some CONSERVATIVES with principles and backbones

You know, I think we should drop the term conservative because we really don't want to keep things the same (conserve), but instead want to do things based on principles; we hunger and thirst for Liberty and Justice, not more of the same.

Bohner, McConnell, and McCain knew about the gun smuggling and they supported and aided it.

That’s why they won’t move on it.

It will get them, too.

Hillary and McCain brought them in at the beginning to protect themselves.

Boehner's actions, or rather suppression of any CONGRESSIONAL investigation , make him complicit in the cover up of Benghazi.
An investigation would hold him accountable to Congress and the American people for his actions, or lack of action .
Thus far , he has officially offered no explaination.

The first issue is that it happened as an organized armed assault.
The second issue is that it involves the murder of four Ameerican citizens, and wounding of many others.
The third issue is the cover up by "THE MOVIE" , a knowingly false narrative foisted on the American press and citizenry.
Our own government and its agents , KNOWINGLY lied to us , and the world .
The information about Benghazi is slowly leaking out from a variety of news sources , mostly FOREIGN ! The fourth issue is that those who should have been accountable and resposible have been covered
in a shallow self-directed governmental invesitgation whose intent all along was to find no one accountable .
The fifth issue is that it has taken so long to get any information about the murder and armed invasion of the "safe house".
So long with so little information forthcomming that our State Dept. had the chutzpah to say :
"At this point ,.. what difference does it make "
The sixth issue is the fact that some 30 victims of the Benghazi assault are being hidden from Congressional oversight and investigation
and are being threatened, as well as their families , and being subjected to monthly polygraph to confirm no release of information
and are being given false identities to hide their names and locations from any investigation.
The seventh issue is the fact that our commander-in-chief "ABANDONED HIS POST ", in yet another gross violation of his oath of office .

You know, I think we should drop the term "conservative"

I've been pondering the same thing. The word has been so tainted by the Left, that it's almost become a synonym for intolerance. I'm thinking something like "Traditionalist" would be new and better. People of every political stripe have traditions they adhere to, enjoy and cherish, so it's relatable across the spectrum. I think it could catch on.
