This is to inform that I just called Reid's office to ask when they will exempt the people from Obamacare as they have exempted themselves. The staffer said to me "We are not exempted from the law ma'am. We are obligated to the same rules as the everyone else ok". I then said to him "So are you telling me the news reports I am reading are not accurate"? He responded "most of the reporting is false, yes. Have yourself a good day." I called him a liar and hung up the phone.
You all can do what you wish, but, it would be great if the office of that arrogant lying man could be flooded with calls today.

if i remember right, they voted to subsidize the healthcare, not exempt themselves.
i’d make another call, but this time ask when your healthcare subsidy is coming, because - i am assuming - you make less than the average staffer in congress, and if they can’t make enough to pay for obamacare, how they expect the rest of us to pay for it and make enough to live, is beyond me.
Yes, they are under the law but they got waivers and subsidies. It’s DemoSpeak for go **** yourself.
i think this explains how truly awful obamacare is right here, and what a blatant lie the whole ‘savings’ angle for the average person, ie everyone, is.

Yes! That’s exactly what has happened. I can’t help but think that when it actually comes time for all of this to take effect, that they will somehow be exempted from all of this - with another waiver in some form or another.

I sent an e-mail to my local Senators asking if it was true they had exempted themselves. Then I said, “If it is true” and proceeded to blast them, especially the Congress Critters who had voted for Obamacare.

LOL. The Dems never keep a deal on anything. I will LMAO when the kenyan rubs this backroom deal in the beltway GOPers faces in the fall. The Stupid Party just never learns. They get nothing from the Dems for free. I guarantee you we will be hearing a lot about this in the fall.

they are not exempt, they are subsidized by their employer --> US ,..the taxpayer !
It's too bad that Congress isn't all "part-timers" , like all of the 'new jobs' which Obama found.
The nation's Founding Fathers were "part timers ", and as a result ,
they were "STATESMEN " , rather than "POLITICIANS"
because they still had to EARN AN INCOME , and had to face the people on a daily baisis,
rather than hide in Washington, or Philly, or New York City.
Maybe we should make all Congress "part timers" and then they would represent the people , rather than vested special interest groups.

Interesting angle. The employees are dictating the terms to the employers. So we now know who really runs Congress. Or is this just the cover story.
