Obama Spokesman on Rodeo Clown: ‘Not One of the Finer Moments’ for Missouri

A spokesperson for President Barack Obama and the White House has weighed in on the Missouri rodeo clown who ignited a firestorm of controversy when he wore an Obama mask and taunted a bull to attack him. While the president has not offered his thoughts on the controversy, a White House spokesperson who is also a Missouri native said the incident was “certainly not one of the finer moments in our state.”

White House spokesman Josh Earnest told reporters that he could not offer them Obama’s personal thoughts on the rodeo clown. The president is currently vacationing with his family on Martha’s Vineyard. He did, however, express his personal regrets about how the incident reflects negatively on his home state.

The rodeo clown and the organization that hired him have apologized for the incident. The president of the Missouri Rodeo Cowboy Association has resigned and the clown has been “banned for life” from performing at the state fair. A number of state officials have condemned the clown and the NAACP has called for a full investigation into the incident.

This is exactly the opposite of what Obama (the divider) should have said. He should have said this a great moment in the American tradition of free speech. Then he should have invited the guy to the White House.

Read carefully, comprehend, conclusion.

Usually in that order works out best for most.

They also put a Bush dummy out there and the bull demolished it. Bush probably thought it was funny.

Obama and his people take obama WAY too seriously.

Explain to me the difference between a rodeo clown making fun of a politician and one of SNL or any late night comedian doing he same.

Too bad someone like Leno doesn't have the balls to say this.

Obama Spokesman on Rodeo Clown: ‘Not One of the Finer Moments’ for Missouri...I would say so - a man putting on a performance, expressing his opinion in an atmosphere of entertainment and fun, attacked and silenced by authorities who are afraid his views will gain too much attention from the people - totalitarianism at best - not one of your finer moments by far......

Well... it would take grace.

If he refuses grace, then he has none. But God never quit being a willing source of it. It’s Barack’s choice to make.

Well to watch it would either be amusing (if Barack remains obdurate) or amazing (if Barack finds it to be gracious).

There was a man on Fox tonight ( Black) talking about this and he made an excellent point. He said that there is so much going on right now for Obama, his poll numbers are at an all time low, all the so-called phony scandals, and problems with Obamacare and the Democrat need this clown act to arouse sympathy for Obama and rally the base, especially the Black voters.

Did you hear that the Muslims are calling for a Million Muslim March in DC on 9/11? They are demanding recognition as an aggrieved group and want civil rights protection from the federal government. This should be interesting.

True, but it looks like he’s made his choice. Not to say the Lord can’t still bring him around, but based on what apparently is his belief system (or lack thereof!) I’m not holding my breath that will happen.

Well, breath holding is of no use.

Doing what you can to pray forth the Wind of Heaven is a lot of use. Even if it fails! Because if it fails it is still a useful drill.
