Since each Congress member represents a “District”, let THAT District fund their retirments....Maxine Waters, Sheila-acorn-head-Jackson Lee, Marsha Fudge, etc. can get their Retirement funded via Welfare Recipients, which is the vast majority of their constituencies.

While he is in jail for 2 1/2 years, doesn’t the prison pay/provide mental health care?....or does Jackson owe the prison or is the prison getting that in federal dollars as a subsidy? Fraud and waste....anybody know the answer?
Yes they do. But really, isn’t that just good planning on their part. It’s like being jealous of the billionaire hedge fund manager. This is the system, and they game it like no others. Anybody who is venal, craven, and corrupt enough can do the same. You just have to apply yourself!
One of my two sons has a much more serious brain disorder - Schizoaffective disorder and is on disability. I’d love to know how it is my son gets a couple hundred per month ( not enough to live on without family help), while JJJ gets more than I make as a senior analyst.
I hear you, this caper by JJJ and his doc is criminal and phony to boot, IMO.

Our politicians probably have some sort of taxpayer funded insurance plan to help them pay their mortgages, pool cleaning bills, car payments, butlers, maids and so on whenever they're in prison for stealing from us.

No doubt we are afflicted. Government workers make more than most and are afforded everything confiscation has to offer.
