I've noticed a rash of crimes like this, with young adults walking around sketchy in-town neighborhoods after dark, or even late night and often after drinking.

There have been a quite a few recently in the Grant Park and East Atlanta areas, places where young bohos like to enjoy the urban flavor.

I think some parents have done their children a grave disservice, probably in a misguided effort to nurture "tolerance."
