parse your words carefully. I have listened to stupid PhD’s debate what is racist and come to the conclusion that black (by definition) can not ever be guilty of racism. They argue that an oppressed people can not be racist, only a racial group that has historically exploited others ca be racist.

This may be the definition use to say this is not a racially motivated killing.

The prosecutor is a coward. Like so many others in this nation. I have been reading the news for years, and it is almost UNHEARD OF to prosecute African-Americans for hate crimes even if all the evidence cries out for such a charge to be leveled.

They're just drawing a salary at public expense, they don't want the TV cameras coming to their office asking them to justify a race hate charge.

Worse (and what he's really afraid of)-- he doesn't want Al Sharpton et al., coming to his office, his house, and stirring up a hornet's nest.

Yes we know, and I'm a fan of small Federal government, and minimal Federal intrusion into state matters like murder. HOWEVER, if more of these punks would be brought up on hate crime charges for a clear racially motivated murder, and if convicted they would be able to get the death penalty and maybe their hateful black asses would think twice before killing whitey for so called boredom.
None of the three will get the DP by the state, because SCOTUS ruled it's not humane to give it to anyone under 18 because their precious brain hasn't developed enough to understand the consequence of their behavior, but I don't think this applies to Federal convictions.

And there is an unfairness that is maddening with the DOJ and their selective application of so-called hate crimes.

If they're not going to get rid of all these over bearing Federal laws against “hate” or “unfairness” they better start applying them equally.
