Wonder if there are any *after* pics of today’s event.
MLK III is barely coherent. He actually lost his post as a county commissioner here in Atlanta because a predominately black electorate got tired of his laziness and dishonesty. Later he was booted from the leadership of his dad’s civil rights organization for the same reasons. But by comparison with Sharpton, he is a paragon of integrity. That’s where we are 50 years after the March on Washington.
Most likely TENS of HUNDREDS...
We have a black President, black AG, black head of FHFA (tentatively), forced integration mandates by HUD, forced admission of poor blacks into colleges by Education, etc, etc.
What more do they want? THEY WANT IT ALL!
I aksed earlier if this group would be smaller than Glenn Beck’s rally....sounds like it was markedly smaller.
And I bet they were messier.
Thanks for those shots of comparison.
Dr. King would be ashamed of the “civil rights” movement.
Tens of thousands gathered? CNN or Fox, or maybe it was both, reported it was 200,000 people.
Sharpton better be glad people aren’t profiled based on character.
Crowd was no more then thity thousand, a terrible turnout!!! Worse....take note of close up photos......mainly those posted by Politico. You will notice that there are very few White folks in the crowd or at the gathering. I bring this up...because I was twenty-three years old back in 1963 and watched the entire Dr. King led March on Washington. During the march and at the speeches, there were thousands upon thousands of White folks mixed with the Black marchers & protesters.
The Black racists and hustlers led by Obama, Sharpton, Jackson, Holder, etc. are isolating the Black American community....which is now fully adrift at sea without meaningful leadership to confront their real problems!!! No hope and change in sight. Certainly none from Obama on down!!!
