I’ll be glad to offer you “another burnt, bitter, undrinkable, overpriced cup of coffee” for half the price of Starbucks. For less than their price I will furnish a cup you actually might like.
Full of half and half? I get your message but I would have said full of ____.
Was the Employee named George Costanza?
People get fired ever day in this Country, why is this a story?
The ultimate jew agrees with that.
Want to hear a good one? A Cousin of mine installs Commercial Kitchens for Restaurants and also bids on Government Contracts for large scale Food Service facilities.
They were updating the equipment at a Military Base and took out the old but still working Commercial Dishwasher.
She asked if the equipment could be donated to a Food Bank or other Charity Organization when they took it out.
She was told the old Dishwasher, still worth Thousands of Dollars BTW, had to be dismantled and scrapped per Policy.
The Government even hired a guy to destroy it.
I prefer Panera for a variety of reasons. At the end of the day, food that isn’t sold at the Panera cafe is donated to a nearby church’s ministry to feed the homeless. Beats throwing in the dumpster, which is totally wasteful.
(I don’t like and won’t drink the coffee at either place)
Ever notice when somebody hands you food or drink to smell and says “does this smell funny to you”, it always does?
yeah, but who likes that in their coffee :-)
idiots. no reason not to sell it as is, via GSA, and recoup some money.
Some 30 years ago a former airline stewardess was interviewed on “60 Minutes” for having done the exact same thing. She was fired. I don’t know which airline she worked for, but they dismissed her for taking discarded items from the trash.
Good thing he was fired. Hey, I’ll reach into the trash to get a sammich, then later, I’ll serve people coffee!
