In Vino Veritas!

When my Dad was still alive we always had grapes - tried to grow some wine varietals but the climate was not hospitable here - I think they now have varietals that will thrive in Maryland - haven't sampled the wines. I'll stick with what's worked for me in the past.

Thanks for the tips....getting on my feet as fast as I can can be a struggle, but the cramp pain is always worse. You are right...I never get them except at night, at rest.

Relaxing is VERY hard, and so far walking has been the only solution.
