Greta was in for O'Reilly tonight. One of her guests was John Bolton. Greta asked Bolton if Obama had the authority to strike Syria without Congressional approval. Bolton didn't hesitate for a second. He said Obama absolutely has that authority.

The Founding Fathers are rolling in their graves over the Democrats letting three forged, fraudulent Birth Certificates that the ILLEGAL ALIEN IN CHIEF presented at the effort to appease the sheeple, be accepted as legitimate proof of his qualification.
The Founding Fathers would be up in arms against todays media with all their lies and cover-ups of the Fabian Fascists of the left.
Only the stupid would support such an anti-American for pResident.

LIBERALS are NEVER swayed by FACTS.
LIBERALS only know how they FEEL.
LIBERALS don't THINK.

Only LIBERALS use the term "neo-con". There is NO SUCH THING as a "new conservative". Conservative values have NOT changed since the foundation of this country.

-------------

Well, you're completely wrong about that. I suggest that you study the differences between paleoconservatives vs. neoconservatives, and you'll see that paleoconservatism is far closer to the ideals that America was built on. That's why Pat Buchanan, a paleoconservative, left the Republican party that he believed moved away from the ideals the nation was built on and was now unduly influenced by neoconservatives.

Here are a couple links to help get you started on your studies. You'll find that many of the people drawing distinctions between schools of Conservatives are Conservatives and not Liberals.

Neoconservatism and Paleoconservatism

Uncommon Knowledge: The Fight on the Right, Neoconservatives vs. Paleoconservatives

There was even a lengthy thread here on Free Republic about the distinctions between neoconservatism versus paleoconservativism.

The New Conservative Divide: Paleocons versus Neocons

Pretty sure there were Medical Students from the US being held or in danger of harm in Granada. Reagan did the right thing.

I’m playing a bit of devil’s advocate here so work with me. Yes, there were US citizens, medical students, in danger in Grenada. But does the President of the United States have the power to invade a country and overthrow its government every time some Americans put themselves in a dangerous situation? Should we have invaded Iran when those hikers got themselves captured? The military went in and pulled our citizens out of Albania a few years back. Would we have been right to overthrow their government instead? Or does it only work in places like Grenanda that have no chance of putting up a fight? Do the rules that govern a President’s actions change depending on the size of the nation we’re mad at?

Alcoa and Reynolds stocks are on the rise.

Worst case that might be in Iran. And that would be a bad thing?

Who would suspect there might be a great number of incidental details in international situations, such as Grenada, that are not public knowledge?

I want a POTUS to have some limited authority to prevent or rescue, regardless of where it is. The now fact that we have an idiot at the switch should not hamstring the future. Having an idiot POTUS should incite us to work harder to prevent similar idiots from power in the future.

Bolton was a big cheerleader for the debacle in Iraq. He probably still defends that fiasco to this very day.

That he was. And to this day the braying asses of interventionism will not admit what they have wrought. The Republican Party's legitimacy rested largely on its realism and common sense in foreign policy and economic prosperity at home. Bush and Cheney pissed away both. And I do not foresee the Republican Party's image recovering in the next several election cycles, either.

thx, he doesn't speak in tongues nor need to have every word that comes out of his mouth parsed, sometimes people tend to read things into what's actually said...

There’s a lot more to the 1980’s and 1990’s than is widely known.

Invasions, revolutions, etc., do not happen because of the reasons cited in the press.

Note how the dedicated new world order GHW Bush was installed as the VP for Reagan.

Bolton is a neo-con. He’s like a gambling addict who always want in on some action. Bolton always wants in on some military action.

He's also an anti-American Globalist...

Pat Buchanan ... a conservative?
What drugs have you been taking?
A news reporter has-been, schooled in liberal thought and an old blue dog democrat at best.

Try again.

----------------

So the man who was a senior advisor to Nixon, Ford, and Reagan is a man schooled in liberal thought and an old blue dog democrat? The guy who co-founded a magazine entitled The American Conservative is a guy schooled in liberal thought and an old blue dog democrat?

Check out Pat's writings. He's always been one of the more outspoken critics of America's immigration policies and of the effect of global corporatism on the American worker. His writings were and continue to be Conservative, and his writings were and continue to be prescient.

He's still a blue dog Democrat, that his own party left, in its downward spiral into the lunacy of the left.
Just because his tries to act like a conservative and sell his writings, doesn't make him a conservative.
But that should teach you just how crazy LIBERALS are.
Get a clue!

From Greta’s mouth ....

Interview from last night’s show.

It is the right video.

No where did Bolton say that in the interview.

This whole Bolton video thing is very curious. The video in your link is most definitely from August 29.

Compare your video with this Aug 29 video on youtube. They are the same.

Aug 29 Bolton interview

I sill cannot find any posting of the Aug 30 Bolton interview.
