Like they need an excuse. Besides, why would they bother with a quarantine, detained people still eat.
You're going all CT on me. Quarantines don't starve people, they control them. If too many people were in the street protesting, just saying "swine flu" (or whatever) and it's problem solved. I can't believe the feds are trying to starve the population to death. It's more of controlling the flow of cash upward.
I've stated this opinion before: The US would never have the people up-in-arms toppling government. That is, as long as people are fed.

An employee at MNsure, Minnesota’s new online health insurance exchange, accidentally distributed confidential information about more than 2,400 insurance agents.
The point was they are even easier to control if they aren't eating and breathing.
No doubt in the name of 0bamacare..
