A Texas Court of Appeals in Austin has overturned the conviction of former U.S. House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, attorney Brian Wice told KVUE sister station KHOU 11 News.

Chris Bell is a three time LOSER. Houston Mayor, Federal Congressman, and Texas Governor.
His liberal Democrat woman successor was arrested for driving drunk as a skunk with an open vodka bottle at her side....and is still DA, proving that Austin is can truly be called the Big Blue Anus of TX.

Nor is it ever mentioned what decent human beings Delay and his wife are for having 3 adopted children, and all the work they have done for foster children with their Rio Bend project which was recently taken over by Catholic charities because of the Delay legal problems.
