A Texas Court of Appeals in Austin has overturned the conviction of former U.S. House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, attorney Brian Wice told KVUE sister station KHOU 11 News.

It’s about d**n time. Ronnie Earle, the SOB Democrat DA who brought the false charges, should be hauled into court and convicted, but this is Austin.
His liberal Democrat woman successor was arrested for driving drunk as a skunk with an open vodka bottle at her side....and is still DA, proving that Austin is can truly be called the Big Blue Anus of TX.

Well, for one thing - make him Speaker of the House again... he was maliciously and unfairly interdicted in that duty, and should have the opportunity to finish out that term.

The only reason Tom Delay was ever convicted is because he is a conservative republican and a patriot who hates injustice and tyranny, but the demo dogs of hell and the rino yellow lizards gathered together against him to make him an example of the new tyranny of America.
