In Georgia you would also get a ticket for having tinted windows. You could go to court but my experience is that the judge will ignore any defense you might present unless you have a lawyer.

In Georgia you would also get a ticket for having tinted windows...You have to have rather dark windows to get a ticket in Georgia. More than 32% on the side and back windows and the top 6 inches of the windshield.
