These people end up filing bankruptcy because they cannot pay their medical bills. The ONLY fair solution is for every other hard working family out there to have to file bankruptcy too.

Good point. The problem is that you simply can't afford that "more." For instance, I'd love to own a Bugati Veyron. According to "Top Gear," it may be the best automobile ever built. If I were to buy it, I'd be getting something really great. The only problem is that I simply can't afford all the nifty stuff that goes into the car.

That's something that the leftists in the regime simply can't understand. Unlike government, people have to live within their budgets.
