It keeps the ‘shutdown’ in place as people see that the shutdown is No Big Deal (like the sequester was NBD. Keep the focus on the debacle that is the Obamacare roll out. Go back to defund Obamacare.

Getting away from the “Grand Bargan” is a good thing, focus on the battle that is very winnable, and cut the legs out from under the rats message.

Sorry -- but as long as the US Dollar is "the" (or one of the) world's reserve currencies, there IS no limit!

They can keep on printing money as until the gov't runs out of ink and paper.

The Republicans aren't giving up anything. Best to kick the can down the road for 6 more weeks (and another 6 weeks, and another...), keep the focus on Obama's crazy spending. Still keep the gov't "closed" and let the Spite House show the truth of what people really elected last year.
