When I was an undergrad at Loyola in Baltimore, Mikulski was an adjunct Prof in the Sociology Department. The only time I can remember seeing her was one late afternoon when she was walking past the Student Union. She paused briefly, farted loudly (I was a good 40 yards away, thank God) and walked on.

In the forty years since, I have never heard her say anything that made more sense.
