1) vote them out with massive TPP support, 2) wait until they die-off naturally, 3) start a 3rd Party, or 4) overthrown them.

I agree (as Peewee Herman said, here is the big BUT)
(1) they will cheat at elections to win, as history has taught us
(2) will the country survive until they “die off” with the next generation of politicians eager to be in power and dish out freebies as in the Govt. Plantation.
(3) third party support would take time and the gop elite will sabotage to keep themselves in power and skimming the wealth
(4)overthrow them, the only question that i have is that with the purge of the military, the seeding of the supreme court, the willingness of the McShamnestys of the party to stay in power, be “liked” by the dems and media, is that possible to even impeach “the One”? with the MSM as an official arm of the white house and democrap party feeding the uninformed masses the talking points not even just on the “news” (daily show, talk shows) but sitcoms, dramas, movies, reality tv, music, education? i guess while most of us were busy taking care of our families/working, the past 40-50 years, they’ve been taking over, lying in wait.

i still can’t believe what i am seeing today. the uninformed masses don’t know anything different than the govt. plantation/nanny state.

what your father fought for, what so many fought for, to keep this Country great, is being trashed.

A takeover of the Republican Party is the most practical way. That is no it saying it will be easy and fakes may sneak in but has a better chance of success than any other course.

If you listen to the audio rewind you may agree with me that Obama has thrown down the gauntlet an is attempting to erase the coequal balance of government created by our constitution. Mark made it very clear that we are dealing with a much bigger crisis than parks being closed.

Our responsibility in this time of need is something we should not take lightly and I'm not insinuating that anyone is. I came yesterday hoping that some very serious response to what is going on is created by the loyalists here because it is the best place I've found for clear thinking and widespread communication.

I suggest everyone that doesn't know why I'm alarmed should listen to yesterday's rewind or listen to the comments of Texas Lt. Governor David Dewhurst made yesterday.

I also suggest it is time for going far beyond social chats and email jokes. Maybe I'm just the type of Tea Party alarmist Chris Matthews and Harry Reid talk about, but I damn worried for the sake of my grandkids.

I understand and appreciate the gravity of this situation. My reaction was to write an article to address at least part of the issue. My editor has not responded yet but it will probably be published tomorrow under the title “From the High Ground to the Low Swamp”.

Please keep me informed and link me to your article.

FYI- some Levin transcript:

OBAMA: “An economic shutdown, that results from Default, would be dramatically worse.”

LEVIN:" You get it? You get it, folks? He’s laying the foundation for exactly what I’m saying.

He is going to break the debt ceiling. He is going to spend more than Congress has authorized. He’s preparing to do it... If he can’t get what he wants, he is going to circumvent the United States Constitution... And I smell this a mile away.

And he’s being encouraged repeatedly by pseudo-intellectuals, by Marxists dressed up as Constitutionalists, by people in his own party, he’s being encouraged to conduct himself as a dictator, and to bypass Congress and to bypass the Constitution, why work with him?

They want a full-blown Constitutional crisis. Please, listen to me, this is what they want! So they can continue to shred it!

This is why Obama won’t budge, like Clinton did and Carter did and Reagan did and Ford did and Nixon did. He’s the only one who won’t negotiate. This is why. This is his fundamental transformation. And I’m going to keep hollering this as loudly as I can because more and more people need to see it!

I still haven't heard from my editor but he seldom turns down what I submit. Here's the opening paragraph (I don't think he will mind my posting it):

The Constitutional confrontation with President Obama is coming regardless of what House Republicans do short of total capitulation to his demands. If the House does surrender or settles for a token concession, voters will wonder if there is any point to electing Republicans as the opposition party if they refuse to oppose. One thing for certain is that Republicans held the high ground, rallied their base and then yielded to the fear of pacifists seeking cover in the swamp of politics as usual. The dilemma the Republicans face was inevitable, but the position from which they face the dilemma was not.

I fear the demise of this Country has been written, with the consent of the GOP e. They all will flee when the doo doo hits the fan as will the paid shills in the MSM who are Barry’s “sicko-phants”. I remember watching Escape From New York when it came out. Amazing how many of these movies predicted the future. There will be a fence on the Southern Border and the Northern Border, to keep us in. I fear not for myself, but for my children.

The only historical example we have of the collapse of a constitutional republic is the Weimar Republic, but that was influenced by frustrated nationalism. Our case is somewhat different. I can’t think of any fictional story that quite predicts our future, not even “1984”. However it turns out, the proletariat will never live as well as their parents. The media’s job will be to convince them things are much better than at any previous time in history.

Today’s an easy day; installing the entire garden’s drip irrigation system with individual emitters and pinned to ground with sod clips, and electronic timer. Just some tedious work, but nothing like the past weeks’ killer schedule.

The worst heavy lifting is over. Tomorrow or Friday, the edges get cut, and gardens get mulched, drip system is buried and the lawn areas re-seeded and covered with ground-up peat moss or straw, for the winter months.

When I worked at a large chain hardware store doing the accounting and then learning every dept. (including lumber but the guys had a rule, NO GIRLS running the forklift), I learned on the job how to design watering systems and could point the customers in our store to all the right parts and what they needed. I could do everything but that darn Electrical stuff. I knew what they needed but you should have seen the looks on the guys (customers) faces when they came in expecting an Electrician dude to help them and instead was a 90 lb petite blonde chic in college. lol I could make a key that worked with the best of them. Old style, not that computer crap they do now. BUT, no forklift for me. Lumber department guy rules (unwritten but followed) for gals. Probably something to do with the old-husbands tale of female drivers.

I agree with you. Barry told America from the beginning he was going to fundamentally change America. I think even they are pleasantly surprised they are succeeding so quickly. Once they are done (Tarp was for election money payback) they will flee leaving the rest of us to fight for crumbs. They will leave this once Great Country, a third-world sewer. Barry, his Administration, the Elites of both parties are Treasonous. The document that should have stopped them is The Constitution. They have laid the foundation patiently for years by co-opting Education, Government, media, and now the military. I am profoundly angry and sad at the same time. I won’t go down without a fight, for my kids and yours.

I remember what the USSR looked like. The lines for bread. The people afraid of their Government, their neighbors. The generation after me has no memory or knowledge of Communism.

I had four engineers-turned-programmer working for me and all were from former Soviet Republics; Rita from Belarus, Serge from Azerbaijan, Yuriy from Ukraine and Katerina from Russia. They had some stories to tell. The oppression was all pervasive, even to getting a driver’s license. I would take them all to lunch about once a month and just asked questions and listened to their stories and jokes. They couldn’t understand how people born here could be so gullible about what was coming.

I have another drinking buddy friend Stanley who was about 8 or 9 and lived in eastern Poland when the Soviets invaded in 1939. He brought tears to my eyes when he recounted what happened to his family. I’m going to write his story some day soon.

Come to think of it, I’ve only seen one female forklift driver, and she was darned good. The mgmt ‘promoted’ her to front office, so the guys would stop their griping. She didn’t drop a load, run down a propane cylinder, have one accident or tip-over, like all the other guys did on a regular basis. I taught her, and her record was second only to mine, which also PO’d the idiot guys. I was resented by the shop guys for making them look bad, although they didn’t need any help. Luckily, it was a summer college job, and I left in August for Sr year, never to return.
