If republicans were in charge the best tech people would have been employed

You mean the ones who worked on Romney's ORCA project?

Not surprise. It is called black logic with roots in female dominated upbringing. Since blacks play a key role in the Dem coalition, their attitudes and behavior will become the part of the Dem official behavior. When blacks could not succeed, they say whites hate people of color. When it is pointed out that Asians are making it in the US, then the retort is whites will allow light skin minorities succeed and darker skin ones (blacks) will be held back. When it is pointed out that individual blacks are making it using white formula (ala hard work, education etc etc) then those blacks are accepted by whites as tokens or worst the blacks who succeed are Uncle Toms. There is always a wise ass retort for every legitimate point made.
Asian saying about dealing with people like that, they are smart but the wrong type of smart. When pointed out of error they will not acknowledge and always come back with a good smart ass response. Problem is they think they won the confrontation not knowing they already lost the game in life. Why do you think drug and alcohol use is rampant in inner city black communities. In the end their stubborn attitude is digging them into a deeper hole because sub consciously they sense they are wrong as time goes on until the wisdom of old age catches up (by then it may be too late to undo) or they live empty lives getting high or drunk day in and day out as they go from being young to old.

Your link just jogged my memory. About a week before the election I thought "this guy (Romney) doesn't want to win." The idea seemed a little absurd. Why the hell would someone want to waste all that time, money, and effort to lose??? What a bunch of buffoons the establishment GOP are.

Next you'll be telling me Carl Rove is on Soro's payroll.... (no surprise there, either!)

"So the task fell to trusted campaign tech experts."

Knowing that the company building the ACA program is Canadian, would that mean that Obama farmed out his campaign tech work to them, thus going 'offshore' to create jobs while he was campaigning talking about American jobs?

Juan Williams spouted the company line on Special Report yesterday. It was all that he could say, that there was not enough money thrown at this problem?!?

I heard this come from Juan Williams last night on Fox. I wondered how long it would be before they did a Limbaugh therum here. (Blame someone else). Say it often and say it with conviction. Who wants to guess how long it will be before zero gives a speech with this load of crap written on the teleprompter. They must have a whole staff of people whose job it is to think this stuff up.

How To Tell If You Are A Democrat:

1 - You think you can do everything better than anyone who is not a democrat even though you have never accomplished anything on your own

2 - You have no real experience in any free market enterprise or non-government job but are always ready to advise others on what they are doing wrong

3 - You have been a failure in everything you have tried to do but believe what really counts is that you have good intentions

4 - You know the real reason you haven’t been able to succeed is because your critics and enemies sabotage everything you do

If Obama is an idiot, then that’s the Republicans’ fault. They didn’t give Obama’s mother enough support so she could find a better gene donor.

Talk about the battered wife syndrome! Let’s go Republicans - the humiliation is unbearable and has gone on WAY to long.

Stop making excuses and find a way to counter the lies that make you look bad to the misinformed public.

We had to go and say “Now the Dems own Obamacare.” Their natural reaction as congenital liars and blame-shifters is to switch the onus onto us. They’re trying to take away our one true victory: that we fought Obamacare as fiercely as we could and let it be their monster.

Feds reviewed only one bid for Obamacare website design

Rather than open the contracting process to a competitive public solicitation with multiple bidders, officials in the Department of Health and Human Services' Centers for Medicare and Medicaid accepted a sole bidder, CGI Federal, the U.S. subsidiary of a Canadian company with an uneven record of IT pricing and contract performance.

CMS officials are tight-lipped about why CGI was chosen or how it happened. They also refuse to say if other firms competed with CGI, or if there was ever a public solicitation for building Healthcare.gov, the backbone of Obamacare’s problem-plagued web portal.

Instead, it appears they used what amounts to a federal procurement system loophole to award the work to the Canadian firm.

CGI was one of 16 companies that had been qualified by HHS during President George W. Bush's second term to deliver, without public competition, a variety of hardware, software and communication products and services.

...

CGI was a much smaller vendor when it was approved by HHS in 2007. With the approval, CGI became eligible for multiple awards without public notice and in circumvention of the normal competitive bidding procurement process.

...

CGI is a relatively new company in the United States. Its Canadian executives grew their corporate U.S. presence through major acquisitions of U.S. companies.

The first acquisition came in 2004 when CGI purchased American Management Systems Inc. for $858 million in a cash tender offer that covered existing federal IT contracts in healthcare, financial services, and communications work.

So the government planners spent $56,000,000 on meetings to get this thing up and running. Bet no Republicans were sitting in on those.

(Foxnews reported in the last couple days this cost of the meetings.)

RE “ Officials feared that if they called on outsiders to help with the technical details of how to run a commerce website, those companies could be subpoenaed by Hill Republicans, the former aide said. So the task fell to trusted campaign tech experts.”

Sounds like a typical Fed gov project.
Too bad they cant classify its failures like they do with failed defense projects,

Hopefully with the last fiasco over with Obama will get some real headaches/
