Obama and his thugs are at fault for constantly changing the requirements, spending too much, and for picking a company which may not have been capable.
Why go after taxpayers as a first resort to pick up the tab rather than CGI who screwed the pooch because they caved to pressure they were too cowardly and greedy to resist as they plowed forward to produce what they knew would result in a miscarriage?
The Dems should make the contract public and let us see what its terms were.
Were progress reports and documentation required at various phases? If so, let's see them and any misrepresentations they may contain.
Or was money thrown at them willy-nilly just because they asked for it with no documentation required at all?
Throw accountants and lawyers at it and let's see what the snake pit heaves up.
