I am old school...I vividly recall my husband taking payment in salmon, crab, cords of wood, etc, rather than charge patients that could not pay...I vbelieve there is a geound swell of folks (and phsycians) who will be OK with that scenario! At the same time, I DAMN the Coingress CREEPS that have done NOTHING for tort reform, which is ione of the main reasons health care is so damned expensive to begin with!
