I couldn't read the details because I don't speak Norwegian, but other than the passengers being old or small and female, I'd like to think that when it's 3 or 4 vs. one guy with a knife, even without guns, the maniac could be stopped before he killed everyone. All able-bodied people, as part of your disaster prep, should learn some form of self-defense (boxing, wrestling, karate, MMA, etc.). It not only will teach you some moves and keep you in shape, but it trains your mind to incorporate some of that warrior spirit, so that when you see a knife-wielding prick coming at you in a bus, your instinct is to fight back like hell with whatever you've got instead of to get stabbed.
