COLUMBIA — The Missouri Court of Appeals Western District published an opinion Tuesday morning granting Ryan Ferguson's request to overturn his 2005 conviction for the murder of Kent Heitholt.

Very true. That guy was clearly railroaded. Hopefully they’ll back off now and he can enjoy his freedom in peace.
Wow, was unfamiliar with this case until I read the story. Looks like some attorneys and at least one judge need a little dose of justice themselves.
