After Bill Elliott's $150/mo plan was canceled as a result of the ACA, he found himself unable to burden his family with his new $1500.00/mo premium costs. He is choosing to pay the fine and "let nature take it's course".

I remember a speech Obama gave when he was campaigning -and I’ve looked long and hard for the video and can’t find it- where he specifically said ‘families were going to have to make difficult choices about grandma’s care......maybe instead of that surgery she should take a pill”. I froze when I heard him say that and it sent a chill up my spine because there was no mistaking what he was really saying.
Here’s the thing that infuriates me; My son is a T-1 diabetic. We’ve encouraged him to develop skills that he can use as his disease progresses so that he can keep working - even from a wheelchair.
With Obamacare, it’s better for him to let himself go, claim disability, and sit it out. To become another taker.
As this policy progresses, more and more people are going to quit. This punishes the people who actually fight to remain productive.

It was when a Woman was asking Obama about her 90 something year old Mother who might need a Pacemaker. She was basically begging the King to spare her Mother’s life.

I feel sorry for the guy even though he fell for Obama’s lies. I’m glad he is speaking out, though the diehards will simply shrug their shoulders and say the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.
I take no joy in this.
I understand people should take responsibility for their decisions, but I place more of my disgust on the hard-core liberals (may they rot in Hell) for taking advantage of the stupidity, gullibility, and incuriousity of their constituency.

As I watch more and more people who are experiencing a health care crisis in their lives and whose insurance, up to this point, was letting them combat their disease. They are finding it impossible to do so, such as the gentleman who’s the subject of this thread. He’s made the difficult decision not to pursue treatment of his condition and bankrupt his family.
I seem to recall that the Nazis in Germany in prior to the start of WWII and up to the very last of WWII, ridding themselves of those them deem inferior, or unworthy. Now if you look about you and see that the liberals/democrats are in love with abortion (hereinafter referred to as infanticide) and with the gutting of Medicare and denying required medical service to the elderly or chronically ill, to me the democrats are the party of death. Unless, you’re a convicted murdered, rapist, pedopile, etc.
