The white democrat who won the mayoral race in Detroit ran a smart race in my opinion. He went to where gossip is spread among inner city blacks (Barber shops and beauty salons) and sold himself in the street and he managed to do it as a write in candidate.
It remains to be seen what kind of democrat he’ll be. He’s a businessman so with a little luck he’ll take some of that to running the city.
It’s not only brilliant, but the lamestream media can’t report about it because if they did, it would point out how illiterate the voters are! EVERY urban candidate should do this..The Dems would commit suicide! On the other hand, I can see Rev. Al and Jesse opening a new service called “He’s Really Black” as a means of “certifying” who to vote for....and charging for it.

I’m not sure that “literacy tests” should be unconstitutional. It would eliminiate the stupid and unimformed, regardless of their race or gender.

In other words, he exploited the MASSIVE, OVERWHELMING, ALL-DETERMINING racism of black voters. He exploited the fact that black voters vote by COLOR and nothing else.
