WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Obama administration's HealthCare.gov adviser Jeffrey Zients said on Friday that the trouble-plagued federal healthcare website is improving, but that higher volumes of visitors are exposing new capacity and software issues.
In a conference call with reporters, Zients said progress this week has been marred by roadblocks. He described HealthCare.gov as being "a long way from where it needs to be."

If they report to the public that the website has been fixed and all is well by NOV 30th then they just told the BIGGEST LIE of all.
Fixing this type of complexe interactive coding WITHOUT lengthy test periods ( 3 to 6 months ) for BOTH performance and SECURITY is just impossible. They made this statement at the time to simply keep the idea of Obozocare moving forward and alive. They made the statement without thinking in order to simply BUY SOME TIME.
Fixing this comprehensive level of online code designed for data gathering and complex secure interaction would be akin to my promising you that I could pull the engine out of your car and REBUILD it in 10 minutes and have it mounted back in, and that it ran and performed perfectly. A real pipe dream.

The fatal flaw to Obamacare is it puts all the eggs into one basket. If someone hacked into the system and erased the database, we all would be sucking wind.

Mark Wattson, 35, from Swindon may have been the victim of botched surgery after he had to have his appendix removed twice
To his shock, surgeons from the same team told him that not only was his appendix still inside him, but it had ruptured - a potentially fatal complication.
In a second operation it was finally removed, leaving Mr Wattson fearing another organ might have been taken out during the first procedure.
The blunder has left Mr Wattson jobless, as bosses at the shop where he worked did not believe his story and sacked him.
Mr Wattson told of the moment he realised there had been a serious mistake.
'I was lying on a stretcher in terrible pain and a doctor came up to me and said that my appendix had burst,' he said.
'I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I told these people I had my appendix out just four weeks earlier but there it was on the scanner screen for all to see.
'I thought, "What the hell did they slice me open for in the first place?"
'I feel that if the surgery had been done correctly in the first place I wouldn't be in the mess I am today. I'm disgusted by the whole experience.'
Mr Wattson first went under the knife on July 7 after experiencing severe abdominal pain for several weeks. He was discharged but exactly a month later he had to dial 999 after collapsing in agony. Mr Wattson

I would suggest....if you removed roughly half of the requirements, and just said....refer everyone to the insurance policies in their respective states, and have a form to identify yourself for the subsidy and how much it will be, then wrap that up and call it version one, and say it’s operational.
My guess is that we will go past 30 November, and around 10 December....they will note it’s operational. Course, it will freeze once you get beyond 10,000 people on it (my humble guess). So from that point until Christmas...the news media will try to spin the idea of success finally....but thousands will say it just doesn’t work.
Around early January, someone will finally tell the President (via CNN naturally), that they barely reached fifty percent of their intended goal. As of January 2014, we will have twice as many people now without healthcare....as we did when the whole mess started four years ago.
You can spin this as much as you want, but when you tell a guy that his monthly rate went from $550 to $850, and his deductible went from $3500 to $6000....things just don’t get comfy or acceptable. Most folks don’t have another $5000 in their pocket to spend wildly...even on health insurance. Even with this stupid subsidy....it all looks good until you get to the deductible business. Folks don’t have loose cash.
Bottom line? There would be a life lesson here for kids, political figures, or Presidents. When the government (any government) goes out to do something of a colossal nature...it’s better than a seventy-five percent chance that it will be screwed up in the details, the planning, the delivery, and the final solution. If you think small, compact, and limited...then it tends to work. Sadly, this lesson has been around for 2,000 years.
I have been on many software projects (making and testing). I could go on with the failures. But this is called FUBAR, epic fail.
Also, the testing team should never be part of the production team.

Today I laughed so hard due to the fact on facebook on Healthgov a lady posted that she signed up online on October 2, now she is worried that it may not have gone thru. So she asked everyone if she should reapply online.
Someone responded by saying “Just like voting...Apply early and often” ROFL

Well, Mussolini made the trains run on time. In Italy, that's no small achievement. FUBOcare doesn't make me think of him at all.
Hitler created a well-organized and efficient way of dealing with undesirable people, which is one of the primary goals of FUBOcare.
So, yes, I think "Hitler" is the correct answer.
They already spent $600 million on this colossal fail. Spending even another dime is repulsive.
