take the blacks out of that number (because they only support him because of the color of his skin) by subtracting 14% and you get Obama’s REAL approval rating among those who are not voting for skin color 25%!

About 13% will support Obama, no matter what, a comparable approval for George Bush would have been 39% - 13% = 26%. (Not taking into account that those same 13% would disapprove of Bush, no matter what.)
