Insurance companies that don’t renew plans will easily absorb the blame and get Obama off the hook. Of course, this is just another temporary fix and doesn’t solve the really disgusting part of this bill that allows the dicktator to tell you what kind of insurance you have to buy for the rest of your life.
Isn’t this what Cruz was trying to do before the plans got canceled? Just think what the situation would be like of Republicans had stood fast with Cruz. By now, the pressure would be intense for Obama to compromise, by delaying the implementation of the law for one or maybe even two years. It would be a huge win for Republicans. But the Republican elites are SO much smarter, they knew better.

I am speculating that it will be discovered, after someone reads it, that the law ended with the word “Whatever”. This would allow the President to do ‘whatever’ he wants. And John Roberts would concur.

Justice Roberts? Are you out there? This might be a good time to review the Constitution, and perhaps an opportunity to repair the damage you have done. If you act now, you might not go down in history as the worst and most traitorous Chief Judge in the history of the Supreme Court.

Most insurers have the option to “early renew” policies in December 2013, to last through Nov. 2014 under current law.

Insurers could have extended canceled plans for another year, but why would they? That would only complicate the new risk pool created by ObamaCare. Go figure that they need more revenue from the healthy to pay for preexisting conditions for the sick. The scapegoats are unhappy:

AND the insurance companies can't just snap their fingers and this will all be solved...
If people don't sign up, there's no money to run the total mess, he won't have the choice but to see his ‘legacy’ go down in smoke, he's already the WORST pres we have had in our lifetime, so let it go....save the money your were spending on premiums in case something happens, but don't give it to the insurance companies, nor to the government...let it die along with this pos....
So, his press conference is going to be “LET’S DELAY THIS THING FOR ONE YEAR”.
Amazing that this was something that the House Republicans voted on and Reid wouldn’t even BUDGE to take it up.

They passed it, let them own it.
Get a court to seal all Obamacare records, legislation, and it's entire trail. Leave it alone and say "F#$^* You, it's the law of the land, eat yer peas"
