Notice that Obama made up the accusation he appears to be defending. No one really questioned his intelligence, it is his motives, allegiances, and ethics that are in question, but he cleverly avoided that by answering his own charge of “being dumb”. He rose to the top of a well oiled criminal enterprise so he can’t be a complete idiot.

I actually agree with Obama on this one. He was not stupid, nor evil enough, to lie about the status of the website.
