If it is milspec it will do just fine.

I think Windhams are underrated.
Windham is the original Bushmaster.
They sold the name but retained all the tooling.

If you shop around, you can usually find a Smith and Wesson M&P for a pretty good price.If you want something a little nicer, look at a Spikes Tactical with mid length gas system.
