KATV) Sen. Mark Pryor is out with a new TV ad offering a Biblical solution to the already heated 2014 Senate race in Arkansas.
Pryor's campaign said the ad will begin airing on Wednesday. In the 30 second ad, Pryor speaks directly to the camera about his faith in the Bible. The ad is a substantial purchase for the campaign and will run statewide.
"I'm not ashamed to say that I believe in God, and I believe in His word. The Bible teaches us no one has all the answers. Only God does. And neither political party is always right," Pryor says in the ad. "This is my compass. My North Star. It gives me comfort and guidance to do what's best for Arkansas."
Pryor ends the ad saying he supports the message because "This is who I am, and what I believe."
Pryor is considered one of the most vulnerable incumbents in the country, partly because of his party line support of the Affordable Care Act and as his campaign is forced to deal with low approval numbers of Pres. Obama in Arkansas.

Was he clinging to it in the ad?
I am sure the MSM and Left will give Pryor a pass for using such an explicitly religious ad. Remember when another AR politician Huckabee received a ton of criticism for supposedly having a cross in the background for one of his ads when he ran for POTUS back in 2008.
Will the bible get bigger every week like the ones Clinton suddenly started carrying during the hight of the Monica crises?
This is such bull.
If the Bible is his compass, why is he a Democrat?
Regards to you and the missus.
He is campaigning against a conservative challenger - Tom Cotton. It looks like a crude attempt to peel off conservatives.
You better pray hard Mark and give your heart to god, because your ass belongs to the voters of Arkansas.
I musta missed something.
If the Bible is his “North Star”, his “Guiding Light”, then how can he possibly be a member of a party that supports prenatal infanticide and homosexual conduct, both of which are explicitly prohibited in the Bible?
Ah. It took a while but The Arkansas Bureau of The Obama Press Corpse finally alluded to Pryor's Party affiliation.
Might as well call The DemocRAT Party "The Voldemort Party". The Party that must not be named.
He be dead, Jim...
I encourage you to double down. Quote the passages on how God smiles on those who promote and profit from killing babies in the womb.
Go for it, Mark. We're right behind you.
One more example, there's thousands of them, of the media's hypocritical bias.
"Liberal" means never having to say you're a hypocrite.
sounds desperate
Next video will be Mark singing: “I saw the light, I saw the light ...”

It is amazing how ‘conservative’ and ‘Bible thumping’ these characters become when they are facing tough elections. They are ALL shapeshifters.
The whole Arkansas Republican delegates are mostly moderates. It is difficult to distinquish which party they really represent. Even challenger Cotton has been somewhat squishy on some issues. Depending on which political survey, they mostly score in the 50s to 70s on conservative issues.
Pryor is the last remaining Democrat in the Arkansas delegation. Three of the representative positions previously held by Democrats have swung to the Republicans in recent years. The Senate seat held by Lincoln changed to Republican 2 years ago.
Yep! He can quote some Old Testament a about men lying with men, tattoos. And some Romans. Don’t forget get its words on divorce, either.
You’re right, since Monica self-destructed, big clintoon has never been seen with a Bible, has he?
Probably betting his constituents know nothing about the Bible
You’d be surprised in the South how many active Christians remain within the Democratic Party. They are expecting God to cleanse their party, I presume. Or maybe they don’t think it needs cleansing. At any rate, the GOP is not the answer they are seeking.
Did he have a .45 on his hip as he was clinging to his Bible?
> Probably betting his constituents know nothing about the Bible
If they’re Democrats, that’s probably true.
