It’s as if a bold and extremely confident class of illegal alien has emerged in the last few years.

And this is the result. The judges are basically saying "You winked at these guys as they came into our country, and now you can't treat them like the illegals they are, because it was your policy that allowed them to be here for so long.

Somehow a yelling of racism will raise its ugly head closely followed by discrimination against a felon (being in the US illegally).
