I cooked up my pasta and sausage in the 90 minute red sauce,

Then I listened to the "Bright Day Star" disk from the Baltimore Consort, a Renaissance group, followed by the period instrument "Messiah" that I posted last night.

Tomorrow is leftovers.

I'm gearing up for the Sicilian Cod Stew for New Years Day. Eating well is the best revenge.
