Broken sleep cycles mess up your system. The ideal is a restful 8 hours.........not 6 hours here and 4 hours there. It doesn’t give your body enough down time.

It happens to me. It’s an awful feeling. Two things the body and mind need are enough rest and enough nutrition on a schedule. Especially at our age.

I think a lot of it is just too many thoughts running around in your head at the same time.
The older you get, the harder it is to keep an eye on all the balls you're trying to juggle at the same time.
