Canada has less than 100 to show, IIRC, for 8 years of being officially open to it.

Its a bit higher than that, around 12,400 across Canada from June '03-Oct. '06

It's time thoroughly investigate these "lifetime appointments" to the federal bench...

Expose these people for who they are, what they believe...to whom they might be politically obligated...
Their commitment to our Constitution and the American way of life-- or LACK thereof...
As well as their credibility as fair and apolitical jurists...

And if they are found corrupt or without moral character...
....IOW -- UNFIT for public service...

They should be exposed and prosecuted if necessary...
At the very least--
They should be politely invited to return to private life and occupation.

JMO..... Have a good day...

"You may ask, why did I pivot from the issue of homosexual marriage to the liberal agenda? It's simple. You only have to look a little to see how this works. Little by little, states' rights are being removed. The issue of homosexual marriage is just one issue the liberals are working on. Gun control and abortion are two others. The United States Constitution specifically leaves most of the power in our government to the states. The liberal agenda is designed, no it requires, for that power to be removed from the states and given to the federal government. That's the only way the liberals can achieve their goals. I believe the issue of homosexual marriage is the backbone of a push that will lay the foundation for advancing every part of the liberal agenda."

He's right. Gun control, abortion and gay marriage are the big three for liberals.

Homosexuals getting “married” is the tip of an iceberg that’s already ripped the hull open.

The major rationale for homosexuals being allowed to do whatever is that EVERYBODY wants to do whatever, and that since being able to f*** who you want, when where and how you want, with the taxpayers responsible for the consequences is the only civil right that matters in 21st century America, the argument to prohibit only homosexuals from what everyone else demands is seen as weak.
****
Yes. This is what most people fail to see. The real motive is the wish of many people to be allowed (and approved and encouraged) to do whatever THEY WISH to do. It is related to the commonly heard assertion that kids should be taught that they can do whatever they “dream.”
That is nothing more than self-worship. Religion is alive and well in the land, but it is the worship of EGO.

If you really were to believe this pseudo-religion, you would be bound to fail. And then, as a true believer in self, you would be obliged to blame someone else. Your fury would have no bounds. That is probably why conservatives are so hated by liberals: we represent the hard truths which seem to be standing in the way of their “dreams.”

Hatred of conservatives is the anti-semitism of our age. Make no mistake: we are targets.

The same people who defend those states that have voted to permit homosexual marriage as within states rights are the ones going to the federal courts to overturn decisions by states to oppose homosexual marriage. Either this is a state matter or it’s not. Unfortunately, the judges distort the law to fit with their political agenda.

Judicial Tyrany, Federal Judges now believe they can treat states as merely an appendage of the Federal Government.

THIS JUDGE SHOULD BE PUNISHED, and OK should say “stuff it” we won’t comply!!!!!~
