Just consider this “undocumented” just like he was.
Good news. I hope nothing stops it. Even in Texas, it’s taken 20 years from the time the murder was committed.
So many more sit and wait 18-20 years or more for their lawyers to squeeze money out of Texas taxpayers to defend these heinous criminals. In the days when victims’ families actually got to see justice performed at the end of a rope, it didn’t take long, and it wasn’t expensive for the law-abiding citizens of Texas.

If the SCOTUS doesn’t step in then sometime after 6 PM CST
the execution should commence.

Tamayo’s lawyers went to the U.S. Supreme Court after the 5th U.S. Circuit Court
of Appeals said an appeal this week renewing an earlier contention that Tamayo
was mentally impaired and ineligible for execution was filed too late.
Well...bye.
This will be execution #509 since executions began again back on Dec. 7, 1982.
