Looks like there will be NO TAKERS for these criteria and the situation will essentially be status quo.

H1B and Guestwork floodgates have been opened:

Reforms to the Legal Immigration System

For far too long, the United States has emphasized extended family members and pure luck over employment-based immigration. This is inconsistent with nearly every other developed country. Every year thousands of foreign nationals pursue degrees at America’s colleges and universities, particularly in high skilled fields. Many of them want to use their expertise in U.S. industries that will spur economic growth and create jobs for Americans. When visas aren’t available, we end up exporting this labor and ingenuity to other countries. Visa and green card allocations need to reflect the needs of employers and the desire for these exceptional individuals to help grow our economy.

The goal of any temporary worker program should be to address the economic needs of the country and to strengthen our national security by allowing for realistic, enforceable, usable, legal paths for entry into the United States. Of particular concern are the needs of the agricultural industry, among others. It is imperative that these temporary workers are able to meet the economic needs of the country and do not displace or disadvantage American workers.

If amnesty is passed...and it IS amnesty regardless of what anyone might claim...I'll stay home this November for the first time since I first gained the right to vote in 1971.

Enforce the laws we have, build the fence, and secure the borders for four years and then we’ll consider legalization of the ones (still) here.

That is nice except none of that stuff is ever enforced, and it will stripped from bill during reconciliation.

Got a better idea.
Secure the borders and enforce existing laws.
Then we can talk about the rest.

It’s just the stuff he starts with, to cover his a$$ then the Senate passes their own, without the security measures, then Boehner and Co get it into conference (away from the public scrutiny) where he gets bent over, in a symbolic act, that will be played out on the American Taxpayers.

In 2010 the Congressional Gee Oh Pee RINOs were happy to welcome the energy of those who were TAXED ENOUGH ALREADY.

The opposite is true today.

The major change happened in 2012 and 2013 when RINO John “Benghazi Coverup” Boehner refused to appoint a Special Prosecutor for Commie Obama’s IRS harassment of TEA Party Organizations.

By this single arrogant protection of Obama, Speaker Boehner became enemy number two for members of the TEA Party.

Additionally, the RINOs want to replace Obamacare with Boehnercare, Ryancare or RINOcare, which proves that RINOs support the continuance of the taxation punishment of working Americans by the illegal Commie mechanism of Mandatory Insurance Taxation.

Lenin would be very proud of both Obama and Boehner.

Any support of Democrats or RINOs is support of Commie Obamacare or its neo-Commie derivatives.

History has shown that most voters have made up their minds by July Fourth, and thus a Convention held after that date is pointless.

The best way to drum the RINOs out of the Republican Party is a massive write in campaign.

If we want to change the Political Party Controlled Voting System, then WE MUST USE THEIR SYSTEM AGAINST THEM.

Only Democrats voted for Obamacare, and therefore all Democrats are to be opposed.

RINOs propose “fixes” to Obamacare, and therefore all RINOs are to be opposed.

________________________

Suggested Checks and Balances on Doormat RINOS, Democrats and the Leftstream Media:

!.) Send no money to the DNC or the RNC.

2.) Hold a TAXED ENOUGH ALREADY National Party Convention on April 22, EVERY YEAR FROM NOW ON.

3.) Flood the RINOs taxpayer paid office staff with all manner of irate communication every Wednesday FROM NOW ON.

4.) Write in or leave RINO slots blank on election ballots.

5.) Remember that as of 1-1-2014 we are now a Neo-Communist nation, thanks to Obamacare and our own doormat Congressional Cave In RINOs, and hold rallies and marches to remind the low information voter of that fact.

6.) In 2014 we boot out the RINOs.

7.) In 2015 and 2016 we give the action-based “TEA Party Numerical Constitutional Rating” on every Republican or Independent Federal Politician.

The border security issue will stall the whole thing. If they (and I doubt it) take up this issue first. It will create such firestorm that they wont be able to finish the rest. It will take years to accomplish that alone.

There is our opening. They cannot prove beyond a doubt our borders will ever be secure. It depends on the definition of secure I would suppose.

Fight for border security and stall the whole thing. The issue can be muddled by claiming that a lot of those within our borders illegally now are proof that we cannot be secure with them here. Just one terrorist would do it, and the word is that many have been caught coming across the border.

Tens of millions of fed up conservatives will do the same.
And wave bye bye to the GOP in the rear view mirror.

"Our national and economic security depend on requiring people who are living and working here illegally to come forward and get right with the law."

What the hell does that mean? Am I really that stupid as to not understand such an ambiguous statement? The rest of the manifesto makes some since, but few if any, will abide by those rules. The illegals will continue to remain in the shadows and remain in the USA rather than comply.

THE answer to our illegal immigration problem has always been with the employers. Start passing laws that require firm ID (E-Verify) and HEAVILY fine those who intentionally don't follow them. No jobs, no more illegals. As we've all seen when the economy went south in 2008, many self-deported to their countries of origin. Again, no jobs.

Yep. I don't think these chumps will admit to anything, won't pay fines, will still soak up welfare. The rats will not enforce immigration laws, the border will never be secure, and the race cards will fly like never before. Status quo at a greater intensity.

Up through the “Employment Verification and Workplace Enforcement” caption and its subordinate paragraph, things looked OK.

But from “Reforms to the Legal Immigration System” on, they can shove it!!

Article IV, section 4 of the Constitution guarantees that the federal government will protect the states from invasion yet today we see these bastards legislating that invasion.

If a law like this passes the floodgates will open and on day #1 we’ll see Senators and Congressmen legislating benefits (after all, they’re working so they’re paying into the system) and union bosses standing in front of Caesar Chavez flags handing out pamphlets.

This is what voting for “the lesser of two evils” gets you.
